In-Game Data Deletion and Privacy Controls

In some of our mobile games we have multiple options to control and delete your data:

Privacy Controls

iOS App Tracking Transparency

On iPhone devices, you can disable tracking by going to: iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off ‘Allow Apps to Request to Track’.

Advertising and Analytics Controls

These controls can be found in-game under: Settings> Privacy Settings

  • For All Users: Use the personalised advertising and analytics toggle to manage your advertising and analytics data preferences
  • For US States Users: you can click additionally click on “Privacy Options” button and select the option you wish to choose along with the personalized advertising and analytics toggle.
  • For EU Users: Click on “Privacy Options” button and select the option you wish to choose.

Analytics Data Deletion

To delete all your data (analytics or advertising) you can send us an email through the in game option.

You can find this under: Settings > Privacy Settings > Delete All My Data

This will open your email client with pre-filled information to help us delete all your data.

Through Ads

When an ad is shown you can also request data deletion using the privacy form available in the ad unit within our app.

General Instructions

Please restart the game after making any privacy or data collection changes for the changes to take effect.

Please allow up to 30 days for deletion requests to be processed.
