Data Deletion
At Velha Games, we value your privacy and are committed to providing transparent options for managing your data. Below are the steps you can take to request deletion of data collected through our games.
Ads & Analytics
We use Unity Analytics to collect anonymous usage data and IronSource LevelPlay mediation to serve ads. If you allow tracking and consent to personalized ads, ad partners may use your device ID for personalized advertising. Otherwise, only non‑personalized ads are shown.
Google’s User Messaging Platform helps us manage your consent preferences in compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
Analytics & Gameplay Data
We use Unity Analytics to understand gameplay behavior and improve our games.
If you would like to delete your analytics data, you can do so directly from within our app by tapping the “Delete Analytics” button in the Settings> Privacy Settings.

Advertising Data (IDFA/GAID)
Advertising data such as device identifiers may be collected by Unity and ironSource (LevelPlay). You can request deletion of this data by sending an email to Unity’s Data Protection Officer at DPO@unity3d.com
You can also submit the request in the game app by clicking on the “Request Data Deletion” button in Settings > Privacy Settings . clicking on the button will open your email with some prefilled message which you can use to submit the request.
Additionally on IOS you have to manually disable tracking by going in the iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off ‘Allow Apps to Request to Track’
For EU and US Regulated states users can also find more options to opt out by clicking on the “Privacy Options” button found in Settings > Privacy Settings.
For other countrie users you can opt out by clicking on the “Opt Out” button found in Settings > Privacy Settings.
Please restart the game after clicking the button for the changes to take effect.

IronSource Ads
For ads shown via ironSource, you can also request data deletion using the privacy form available in the ironSource ad unit within our app. When submitting this request, Unity will be automatically notified as well.
