At Velha Games, we value your privacy and are committed to providing transparent options for managing your data. Below are the steps you can take to request deletion of data collected through our games.

Why is data collected?

Velha Games and its third-party partners collect data:

In-Game Data Deletion and Privacy Controls

In some of our mobile games we have multiple options to control and delete your data:

Privacy Controls

iOS App Tracking Transparency

On iPhone devices, you can disable tracking by going to: iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off ‘Allow Apps to Request to Track’.

Advertising Data Controls

  • For All Users: Use the “Privacy Options” button in our app to manage your consent and data preferences
  • For US States Users: Click on “Privacy Options” button and click on “Don’t sell or share my data”
  • For EU Users: Click on “Privacy Options” button and click on “Do not consent”

Analytics Data Deletion

For Unity Analytics data, we provide an in-app deletion option. You can find this under: Settings > Privacy Settings > Delete Analytics

This will opt you out of sending analytics data and delete any previously collected Unity Analytics data.

Advertising Data Deletion

Refer to Data Deletion to view more info about opting out and deleting Advertising Data

Advertising data such as device identifiers may be collected by Unity and ironSource (LevelPlay). You can request deletion of this data by sending an email to Unity’s Data Protection Officer at DPO@unity3d.com

You can also submit the request in the game app by clicking on the “Request Data Deletion” button in Settings > Privacy Settings . clicking on the button will open your email with some prefilled message which you can use to submit the request.

Additionally on IOS you have to manually disable tracking by going in the iPhone Settings > Apps > Game Name and turn off ‘Allow Tracking’.

For EU and US Regulated states users can also find more options to opt out by clicking on the “Privacy Options” button found in Settings > Privacy Settings.

For other countries users you can opt out by clicking on the “Opt Out” button found in Settings > Privacy Settings.

Through Ads

When an ad is shown you can also request data deletion using the privacy form available in the ad unit within our app.

General Instructions

Please restart the game after making any privacy or data collection changes for the changes to take effect.

Please allow up to 30 days for deletion requests to be processed.
